Keynotes and Speaking Events
“We spend a lot of time developing the mind. I’m interested in what happens when we bring the body back into the conversation”.
Renee speaks on the mind–body connection and Body-Based Intelligence (BQ) — exploring how greater awareness of the nervous system, physical cues and embodied experience can change the way we lead, work, learn and relate to one another.
Her keynote, The Language of Leadership, introduces a different lens on leadership: one that begins with the nervous system. It explores how the way we regulate, respond and communicate shapes not only our own leadership, but the environments we create for the people around us.
Her Body-Based Intelligence program takes this work further, helping individuals, leaders, workplaces and schools better understand the connection between mind and body — and build the awareness to respond with greater intention rather than simply operating on autopilot.
This work is grounded in Renee’s own experience across very different worlds. Before moving more deeply into her current practice, she spent almost two decades as a high school teacher and in communications and organisational change roles across government, not-for-profit and private organisations. That real-world experience continues to shape the way she speaks and facilitates: practical, relatable and focused on what it means to show up as a whole human at work, at school and in life.
