Here’s an interesting way to look at it. There is a social construct that calls ‘time off’ from work and all the hard things in life, a holiday. Because we call this time off a holiday, we often allow ourselves to relax, disconnect, be present, we get a bit more adventurous, our priorities change, and it has an air of specialness to it. Remember the best holiday you EVER had, what made it so great?
This feeling, this mindset is completely accessible not only every day, but every moment of every single day.
I can hear you maybe saying ‘yeah well it’s holidays, of course you can do and get what you want on your holidays’.
We give so much power to that word – holidays. The meaning we have given this word gives a false idea that you can only do certain things and think certain ways while on holidays BUT what I’ve found is that you can live in the present moment, live life from the mindset you do while on holidays … every day, in every moment.
I can hear some concerns rattling around in your mind about how this might even be possible, when you have work, bills, commitments. I know these things still exist, it’s about how you approach them, think about them, where you spend your time, and align your values. I’m not proposing an unproductive and irresponsible life, I’m saying I’ve done it, by living in the present, because being present is where the magic is. This is where creation is at its best. So when you’re present, when you’re able to be your fullest self and give back to the world from that place, you’re actually more productive, have stronger relationships and feel healthier.
So, join me on a ‘life’cation – where you get to work through the things that are holding you back from being present. I’ll support you to manage stress levels, be there to guide as you process your thoughts and get them on track to where you want them to be, spend your time doing the things that make you feel good, all while still being productive in your life and job (even more so).
We’ll look at past experiences that have impacted how you think, feel and act. We’ll help you get in touch with your vision for the future, and line up what you do with who you are and what you value.
This is a 3-month initial journey, where you commit to yourself to see what living life free from drudge of what life can sometimes feel like. Over this time we’ll invest over 10 hours together, with additional time spent on activities and focus work outside of this.
At the end of the 3 months, we’ll chat about what the next steps might look like (the possibilities are endless!)
Why three months? I hear you ask …
Because real change happens as you continue to progress through sessions, one off success is great! But 3 months with a number oof them is even better!
Imagine taking the time to look at your stressors, looking at where you’re spending your time, energy and effort in alignment with your values, and jumping into life with the sense of adventure and joy that you ! This is what we are working towards.
In these sessions we will work through:
Blocks you’re experiencing
Identifying and working through emotional states
Your primary areas of growth
Your vision and goals
How to overcome triggers and limiting beliefs
Critical steps necessary to live life from a state of presence
Energetic and emotional shifts as well as practical actions required to address your blocks
The journey will involve talking through your goals and what you would like to achieve, the format of each session will link back to how we are tracking against this goal. We’ll also be checking in at the start of each session to see if the original goal is still valid.
The ‘Life’cation strategy is simple. There are three essentials you need to prep to truly go on your holidays.

INTEND - THE PACKING LIST - Figure out what you want to take with you, who are you going to be, setting a clear future that’s aligned with your values

3-month program (10 Hours + of 1:1 time + more):
Payment plan price: AUD $2,900
If you want to save, you can pay in full upfront AUD $2,500 (you save AUD $400)
After we’ve worked together for 3 months, at your discretion we can continue to work together month to month at an additional investment.
